Property Management
Established in 2011, with combined experience of 30 years in Residential Property Management, and specialising in complexes and estates in KwaZulu-Natal, we are proud to be one of the most reputable property managing agents in KwaZulu-Natal.
We are fully compliant with Estate Agency Affairs Board, have an up-to-date Fidelity Fund Insurance across all trust funds and additional insurance that backs up our Fidelity Fund Insurance.
We make use of in-house Team Tax and accounting services to ensure compliance with auditors and to certify compliance of trust fund accounts for all complexes. There is an Independent Trust Account for each Body Corporate/Homeowners Association.
- We have direct access to trust and investment accounts with real-time transaction records using “We Connect U” software available on all smartphone devices that can be accessed via the Team Group Real Estate website or by downloading the “We Connect U App” from the Play Store.
- Monthly Financial Account Report produced by “We Connect U.”
- Our online facility offers Trustees and Directors up to date information, at their convenience from anywhere via Team Group Real Estate web access. Trustees and Directors can access all documents pertaining to the management of the scheme through our website and app.

The We Connect U app, which can be downloaded from the Play Store enables stakeholders to have direct access to trust and investment accounts with real-time transaction records. This information can also be accessed via the Team Group Real Estate website.
Property Sales
We have over 15 years of experience in residential property sales. Our agents are required to be qualified and licensed with the EAAB and have a FETC Real Estate NQF 4 or an NQF 5 qualification. This has resulted in us being able to offer a top-notch sales service to clients looking to sell or buy property in our focus areas. Their outstanding track record ensures that you will be in expert hands, from first viewing right through the transfer process and final registration of the property.
Team Group Real Estate is registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB). As such, we comply with all EAAB requirements.
Managed Rentals
We have over 20 years of experience in managing residential rental properties.
The Team Group Real Estate Rental division manages rental properties on behalf of property investors.
We use custom-built software to ensure our property investors always have access to pertinent information which doubles as a highly effective collections system used for rental collections.
